I want to be the first to tell you that life is sometimes overwhelming, chaotic, and frustrating. And yet, there are some simple things we can do to make it better for ourselves.

Here are seven simple rules I follow:

5. Make time for yourself every day (even if it’s just 5 minutes)

6. Always be willing to try something new once – even if it’s just once!

Simplicity, organization, and mindfulness are three pillars of a better life.

Simplification is a good thing. It helps you focus on what matters most and eliminate the rest.

The organization enables you to gather all your stuff, keep it in one place, and find necessary things.

Mindfulness means being aware of your thoughts and feelings in the moment. It’s not about living in the past or looking ahead to the future — it’s about being present with yourself right now.

Minimalism is a lifestyle that focuses on removing the excess in your life. Whether it’s physical or mental clutter, minimalism is about living with less so you can focus on what matters most benefits of a minimalist lifestyle are numerous and include:

Less stress and anxiety: Living with less means you don’t have to worry about where to store all your stuff, which reduces stress and anxiety. We’re constantly bombarded with messages from advertisers telling us we need more stuff; when we have less stuff, we can handle these messages.

Living with less means fewer distractions and opportunities for procrastination since it takes less time to clean up after yourself. Plus, it frees up space for new hobbies and projects so that you don’t get bored with what you already do have.

You won’t miss it anyway…and maybe someday, when you’re ready for a change or redecoration project, you’ll have plenty of room for new purchases instead of struggling through piles of junk already there!

We tend to keep everything on our devices because we might need it someday but eventually forget about them or never use them again. By doing so, we waste time looking through all these apps/files when we

In other words, mindfulness is an awareness of all things — both internal and external — without judging them as either good or bad (or anything else). It involves living in the moment rather than worrying about the past or future. And it helps us deal with day-to-day stressors more effectively by teaching us to be less reactive to situations that don’t need immediate attention.

The following tips can help you practice mindfulness and reduce stress in your daily life:

1. Notice what’s going on around you. Be aware of sights, sounds, smells, and sensations — all with no judgment.

2. Notice how you feel in your body. Are you tense? Relaxed? Try noticing these feelings without adding labels like “good” or “bad.”

3. Notice what’s going on inside your mind. Please pay attention to thoughts without getting carried away or trying to change them in any way. Just observe without judgment for five minutes or more when possible (e.g., while eating breakfast). If your mind wanders off topic, gently bring it back to observing the present moment again and again until the thought passes through naturally like clouds in the sky passing by overhead while they’re not blocking out sunlight so much as just reminding us that other things are going on around us besides our one focus right

VI. Conclusion

It is no secret that we live in a world where people are preoccupied with their careers, finances, and family. We have become slaves to our jobs and lost sight of our priorities. I will be honest and tell you I am guilty of this too. Throughout my career, my job has always been my priority. Even when I have time off, I still feel like I am working because it is what I am used to doing for so long. As a result, my family relationships suffered, and I couldn’t spend as much time with them as I would have liked to have.

However, after following these stupid simple life rules for over two years, things have changed dramatically for me because my priorities have shifted towards spending more time with my loved ones and being happy instead of just focusing on work all the time! This has also helped me find a better balance between work and home life, making me more productive at work too!

In addition to that, there are other benefits, such as being stress-free & healthy, which will help improve your overall well-being.
